The Sanitary Committee of the Council of the City and County of Bristol

hereby certify that Mr. Thomas Luff Perkins was employed by the Council as

an Assistant to the City Engiucer of Bristol from January 1892, to March 1899,

and that he performed the duties of his office to the entire satisfaction of the

Council, and of the Engineer; and that by Resolution of the Sanitary Committee

dated the 23rd day of February 1899, it was directed that this Testimonial

under the City Seal be given to Mr. Perkins.
